Password change via Microsoft

Follow the steps below to change your Curaden password.

Log on to the website (best in a private browser session) https://account.microsoft.com

Click "Sign In"

Enter your email address and click next

Click "Forgotten my password"

Add the required information and click "Next"

Choose the way to identify you. The options are depending on what you have already assigned to your account.

I choose alternative email for this test

Click "Email" or enter your cell phone number and click "Next"

You will now receive an email or SMS

Enter the code you received and click "Next"

Now choose your new password and click finish

If the change was successful, then you are presented with the following screen
