Calling over Webex in Citrix
When using IGEL
- Webex calls will work out of the box by April 2022.
When using Laptop
- For calls please use Webex locally and not within Citrix.
- To do that - don't connect the phone service within Citrix. When you start your Webex within Citrix, click "Cancel". So that the local Webex stays connected to the phone service.

Should you have accidentally connect your phone service with the Webex in Citrix, just go to the local Webex and click "reconnect".
Permanent workaround
Webex App does not ring
- Make sure to have the latest OS and App version of Webex installed.
- Android only (If your phone asks to make an exception for “Battery saving mode” please allow.
Android is working with the latest version
IOS is working with the latest version
Webex call when you are connected to a physical phone

You will receive a call toast with the option to take the call on the Computer (Headset or integrated mic and speaker) or when just clicking "Answer" on the phone.
