Log off from Webex
Phone settings
When you see the "Call settings", your phone service enabled. - All good :-)
You can set some settings when clicking on the "Call settings" link on the bottom left of Webex. If you miss this option, the please log off from Webex and re log on.
More phone settings
You can set the following inside settings:
- Always answer incoming calls with video
- Call forwarding
- Call window behavior
- Link to self care portal
Call forwarding
To add a forward phone number, go again to settings - Calling. Click on the + symbol, add a number and hit [enter].
Now you can choose the number from the drop-down.

When you click on the exclamation mark symbol, you open a search for local.ch
